Arpege cologne is a well-balanced citrus-floral fragrance for men by Lanvin, created nearly eighty years after the release of the female version. Arpeggio, is defined as; the notes of a chord being played in succession, rather than simultaneously. This fragrance is said to follow it's name, such that the aromas of each scent's notes plays its theme alternately, or in succession.This exquisite scent opens with a spicy, citrus accord of pink pepper, Mandarin and Seville orange and Neroli. The distinct opening is calmed by a warm heart of nutmeg, iris, and jasmine. These harmonies are brought to a lingering close by exquisite notes of patchouli, vanilla, sandalwood, and tonka bean.
