Gucci Cologne by Gucci is a masculine counterpart of 2007 Gucci by Gucci for women. It is modern Chypre created by Frida Giannini in collaboration with Givaudan of P & G. The face of the campaign is James Franco, who embraced the role in the black and white commercial in gorgeous James Dean style. This exquisite masculine fragrance opens with the aromas of violet, bergamot and cypress, while the core is composed of the virile scent of tobacco, softened by the essence of jasmine. The base incorporates patchouli, amber, elemi resin, olibanum and leather. It has a smoky glass flacon with silver stopper adorned with the popular Gucci symbol, the horse-bit.
