Dioressence by French fashion brand Christian Dior is a refined oriental chypre-floral scent that exudes fearless grace. It is calming, seductive, and effortlessly feminine. Aldehydes, citrus, and spice are mixed with blended fruits, sparkling orange, bergamot, and a cozy patchouli accord in the opening, which is a lively, airy fusion that lasts into the dry down. A warm, radiant floral center of red rose, jasmine bloom, ylang-ylang, tuberose, carnation, geranium, violet, and orris root rapidly follows this upbeat, energizing beginning. A delicious vanilla musk finish is created when benzoin, styrax, oak moss, and vetiver are combined. Guy Robert, a perfumer, created the original version of Dioressence in 1969.
